Have you ever been fired?

No............but close..........I wonder why I wasn't:

My first job I used to steal money......everyone did it too but I was taking a lot!!!!

My friends used to tell me they used to make about $30 extra a day and used to work 5 days.........$150 extra average in a week!!

I used to make around $240 - $370 per day......in a good day up to $800+...........those days were only on holidays but I was making between $500 - $800 extra a week!!!

The worse thing is I used to be paid extra in cash by one of the Managers who used to act mean to me if I was to rap on others..........many were caught by me, when I was taking behind this managers back as well!! At least I never, rapped on my best friends and would even try to protect them by pulling some one else who was a bit worse than them at that time to save them!!

I never told my friends about the extra cash to rap.....hope they don't read this!!

I have always been the bad apple in every job, once I got caught having sex with a customer that was there to close a deal...............that was very akward but I was not fired, nor did they make a claim...........she is no longer a customer but still see on the side from time to time, but not sexual anymore since I got married but I may now that I got a divorce and I would not mind her company!!

I also got in a few fights and pushed people out of my way but they didn't make a big deal and the ones who did, had to apologized to me because it was caught on tape and they started it so I claim my actions were on self defense.........even when I broke this guys nose one time.....that was kind of sticky!!

Another time I went to work drunk and ended up puking on the customer........my boss cover me since I used to give him extra money at the end of the day.......he said it was bad but then he would make a joke and tell me to cheat and bring him more than just $20 if possible......or maybe not joke cause he would not fire me for something ????? right!!

I messed up in another job tooo but I ended up sleeping with my boss, she was ugly and old but I ended up being her little toy for a while until I quit............She still calls me once in a while!! I ended up changing my job for a better one but I was liking it there a lot since the last two months I would only sleep with her once a week and would do nothing but talk and do whatever I wanted while at work.............she hired someone esle to do my job and I ended up sleeping with her and is why I would not sleep as much with the old lady too much!!!

I always end up doing something wrong but for what ever reason never get into trouble........my last job I would get high with my bosses and as long as the basic was done they would not ask for anything nor give me a hard time!!!!

I think this job I do now has been the first one where I have behaved and if you see me you could still say I am having a freaking blast!!!

That's my number one fear!

Most workplaces will give you a first and second chance to improve. The only on-the-spot firings are when you steal from the company, skip work without calling, or cause the company a major loss (usually anything more than $10,000).

I work in pharmacy. People have been fired for stealing from the register, not showing up for 5 days in a row, costing the company $22,000 in audits (insurance billing), talking about inappropriate things (he was warned two times), working off the clock (working on a day off just to get stuff done), showing up to work drunk, stealing narcs (over months), taking narcs (while working, popping in a pill here and there), and that's all I can think of.

Yes, I have.

One time, about 20 years ago.

It was my very best on the job experience. My "supervisor" required lots of butt-kissing, during his temper tantrums and unprovoked tirades. I was in the process of hunting another job, anyway. I was happy to be able to get him so worked up. He lost his own job later on . . . got fired for incompetence. The universe is a friendly place; and justice, though it may take a little while, and come from another source, is ALWAYS handed down.

I got fired once for sleeping on the Job. But I've never done that and never would... So I went above my manager and got my job back (out of principle... not cause I wanted the job)

Yes.I got hurt on the job.It took me four years to get back pay. I learned one thing.Never ever trust your coworkers to do the right thing. Lucky for me a few told the truth.

I was "laid off" ("made redundant") because they felt that they had an excess of staff. Later they hired me back and I got the opportunity to quit.

i got busted lying to my boss to take time off. i told them that my father was in the hospital, but i was really going out of town to see my then boyfriend. then while i was gone, my father called my work looking for me, and he told my boss that i hadn't been home in a few days. busted!
