It's a great movie. If you've read the play, it follows it almost exactly.
I assume you're referring to the version with Colin Firth and Reese Witherspoon.
It's a delightful comedy and should definitely be seen. Dame Judi Dench is in it as well, not a large part but still very humorous.

yes, but the written play by Oscar Wilde is much better. you should do both- first read the play, than watch the movie, they're boht worth it

yes. i really enjoyed it. Having not read the play, i didn't know what to expect....but i loved it.
