Do you have a close friend or relative you trust? They could open a savings account in their name so it's untraceable.

I'm an attorney, and I used to do a lot of family law. Most family law attorneys will give you a free consultation. Before you go in for the appointment, think about ways that you have supported her in attaining the great career that she has. Did you take care of the kids while she was in school? Did you entertain her colleagues and clients when she was building her career?
You may be a good candidate for spousal mantenance. In many states, it is common for the spouse who is less able to support himself or herself to get at least rehabilitative maintenance for three to five years so that he or she can get an education which will lead to more ability to get a higher paying job. Whether you want to hear it or not, the family court system is not rigged against men, and it won't do you any good to go into this with that attitude.
By the way, it goes without saying, but don't alienate the judge by stating your belief that you're going to be screwed in the court system, or by not exercising your visitation rights.
Good luck, and try to make this as easy on the kids as possible.

I'm sorry this is happening to you. I agree that the courts are in favor of women, but in this society, its usually what is needed. In your case, its a shame. If you have direct deposit, it can be tricky... but if you cash paychecks.... just keep out cash adn start stashing it. With direct deposit, you may need to come up with some fancy ideas for "living cost" but when you take that out, stash it too. Just make sure it never enters a bank account so the courts can never prove its "saved" money.

gonna be hard b/c they will look at your income that you receive f/ your prep cook job. the only way is to get a job that pays cash and no money trail. if you are thinking about child support they take a precentage of your income that is based off both incomes. so her making more than you means that you shouldn't pay much in support. how long were you married? consider alimony.

Your alive! Count that as a blessing. She sounds successful. Count that as a blessing. At least the kids aren't left with a penny -less Mom like most men leave the Mom's in America today. We get left with NOTHING FAR TO OFTEN! Go CRY ELSE WHERE!

I don't condone illegal behavior. I think you are risking compounding one mistake (your marriage) with another (a crime).

This doesn't speak well for your character.
