i agree with the baby oil and when you get hot and need to kool down hose your self down but know that once the water hits the oil that it is more intense on attracting the sun. i live in fl and get away with laying out for about 30min a day 15 each side with a kooling session in the middle....but everyone is different so time yourself so you don't get sun blisters.
and thanks for this question i've been busy lately and getting white in the mean time

I'm 27 and I have recently realized wrinkling around my eyes.
I loved to go to tanning beds. They made me feel better.
But I was doing it all year 'round. So I decided to stop tanning and accept that I will be a pasty white girl.
I may still get a little sun in the summer but not worship it like I have been doing for 10 years.
I may try the spary tan to start off the summer.
But I ain't here to preach so do as you feel is right...I'm going to chill with the rays!
Good Luck!

Hmm...why are users giving thumbs down to those that say it causes skin cancer? Can't handle the truth??? For many years, I'd use a tanning bed in the winter and lay out in the sun during the summer - in the sun, I'd use amplifiers, accelerators, etc.
Guess what? At age 32 I had my first melanoma detected and removed. It was caught way early and I was luck, but many people...including those in their mid to early 20s aren't so lucky. But still, I have to return to the doctor annually and let me tell you, the days and hours leading up to my return visits are quite stressful.

my mom had skin cancer 2 years ago. level 4 melenoma. and she didn't even try to tan when she was younger. so please don't do it! its not worth it to have a nice tan now, when in 10 or 20 years, you could end up dying from skin cancer. if you really want a tan, buy a really good rub on tan, spray on tan or tanning lotion......

yeah. you'll get skin cancer. save yourself the hassle of getting a tan that will only go away in a few months. if you do this every year, you'll look like a raisin by the age of 60, and will probably die soon after.

If you want to bake fast:
Add iodine to babyoil and remember to turn often. You will burn if you don't have a base tan.

It is a two step process
1. Take off clothes
2. Lay in the sun
Works every time.
