if only a hair of the ball touches the line, then it is still in.

Ya the ball is in if it hits the line, even just a little bit. It is good to make sure though, you dont want people going crazy because you call it out.

If it hits the line, the ball is IN.
There is a saying "99% OUT is 100% IN".
The 1% that touches the line makes the ball in.

It's in.. But if it's like 3/4 out of the line sometimes the umpire will just call it out. Heh..

the real answer is,,,when the ball hits the line is IN unless you are playing a cheater and doesnt know that if the ball hits the line is in!!!!
