Creativity is the ability to associate images and concepts in novels ways. It's where new ideas come from. For example, somebody a long time ago once saw a paint roller and thought, maybe you could apply that concept to the fountain pen...and the ball point pen was conceived.

tNot every creative thought is useful and valuable...the left side of the brain will help you determine that.

Creativity isn't a special mental gift for a few people. Every healthy brain is capable of creative thinking. Some people have exercised this function so often and so well that they have developed the ability to a high degree - brilliant creativity! Others do it seldom and the results are, well...lame.

Creativity isn't the exclusive realm of artists. Engineers, managers and scientists apply creative thinking in their work, too.

Being creative means the level of imagination and the ability to blend things together. I think intellect has some relevance as well.

i think being creative is hard for some people, easy for others... so the point of creativity can be different. Like, say, everyone was painting with blue paint, but then someone painted with red paint, that would be creative. but if that person always painted with red paint, it wouldn't be creative anymore.

Being creative means being able to show yourself and others what and how you feel about certain things. You can be creative through dance, art, music, poetry, literature, communication, fashion, and many other outlooks.
