The people in Champagne, Illinois speak English.
The people in Champagne, France speak French. But of course people can speak whatever language they want no matter where they live.

Probably French but in a different accent.I suppose its like any other country,when u enter a different province,they wud still speak french but in a slightly different accent?It wud be like people in Stockholm speak slightly different from people from Malmö ( which is located down south of sweden,close to Denmark).
