the Reading frame is every 3 bases of DNA which is transcripted to RNA and translated into protein... thus on RNA the bases AAA..UAG...CAG etc correspond to the three bases on the tRNA anti codon. The tRNA molecules each carry one amino acid... for the codons that do not have a matching anti-codon the translation of protien will stop (thus close the reading frame)
