No, the problem wasn't with Carr....It was with their sucky O-Line.....You would think instead of giving up all those draft picks they would have tried to draft a o-line.....Its ridiculous and I feel really bad for Carr. He would be a star if he had more talent more around him. Maybe the Raiders should go after him......I think it was last year or maybe the year before that he was the most sacked QB.....Peyton Manning wouldn't even be able to be great in those conditions.....Its not all the QB........I don't know why people never look at the big picture.........Schaub will be spending alot of time on his back.......I think the Texans are incredibly stupid for making this decision.....

i think they might. I think this is good for both QB'S ( Carr isn't sticking around).not taking anything away from car but i think Schaub might do a better job here. he doesn't have any of the pressure David Carr had of being a # 1 draft pick, and being a disappointment pick.
he could look at this like his chance to make it and step up. look at Trent Green ( i know he's all banged up now) but he was no prodigy he worked hard and made it to the pro bowl as well as lead one hell of an offense.
plus sometimes you just need a change

Will Schaub have the same offensive line that David Carr did? If the answer is yes to that question, the answer is no to your question. Houston will still be a 10 loss team with Schaub if he has no blockers. Even Peyton Manning couldn't be successful with that line.

hey will do better because they have a RB now
I don't kno how much of an improvement Schaub is
he hasn't played alot
I think he should compete in camp against Carr and they should decide after pre-season
a little QB Controversy

Did they announce that they were also bringing in a whole new offensive line. That is why David Carr looked bad, he spent most of his time looking up at the lights from his back. Carr didn't suck, the amount of sacks his line gave up sucked.

He has only had 2 career starts so we will see how he does. Texans are also looking to trade Carr so there might not even be a competition for Schuab.

not tell they get a better line. carr has all the tools he just has no time. not even peyton or brady could win there, besides schaub is for the most part unproven.

As a Colt fan I know that they still won't win the AFC south. So what is 'better' for the Texans?
