No, as there will be "reasonable doubt".

Perhaps not guilty by reason of mental defect.

Ronnie Spector says he beat her during and after their marriage. He considers himself to be above the law, I hope he is found guilty but I need to hear more details before I would vote him guilty as a juror.

He is assumed innocent until proven guilty IN A COURT OF LAW. That means we can find him or any other indicted person to be guilty as long as we aren't sitting in legal judgement. (I get so tired of people thinking persons found not guilty are innocent.)

Well, he came out of the house with blood on his hands and said to his driver: "I think I just killed someone!". Mmmm.. That is a tough one to answer for two reasons:

1. Remember what happened to OJ Simson? The guy obviously is a killer but however, was found not guilty.

2. With recent increase of celebrity arrests on multiple and various charges, he might as well be found guilty just to make an example of.

I would vote for him to be found guilty and go to prison for a long time, but I may be surprised yet again.

The way money seems to control the judicial system I doubt it.

We are not privy to all the evidence though, but I am just basing my opinion on the typical " money talks" system.

Everyone deserves a fair trial despite what the public seems to think so time will tell, but I say no.

Who is Phil Spector and what did he do. If I knew, maybe I could say.

I don't know the story about this--what happened? All it said was that she killed herself after looking at him for an hour--wtf? I'm confused. But anyway, it really depends--he's not a huge celebrity, so there's potential for a guilty verdict.

Probably not, due to the fact that no celebrity has been convicted of homicide in Los Angeles.

Probably, unless he's got the money to hire a "dream team" of lawyers to defend him.

yes but not of murder. it will be a lessor charge for the jury to consider along with whatever he is charged with. they will probably be able to choose.

Probably not. His highly paid lawyer will see to that.

I think he will be convicted. I guess since he has cut his hair, he shouldn't be convicted for his terrible hair style.
