the good ones are leaving while sanjaya screams his head off. i know its the marsha brady look alike fan club that keeps calling in...STOP!!!!!!!!!!My god he can't sing...who agrees here?

I think Sanjaya still being there proves to us that the end of the world is coming soon. He's awful.

I agree that Sanjaya should go home. But I've accepted the fact that he's got a big enough backing that he'll be there for a bit longer. Yes, Stephanie was good and it sucks that she left... but I believe she would have left before long anyway. It doesn't matter who leaves in what order until we get to the top 5... and those people should be :Jordin, Lakisha, Blake, Chris S and Melinda. Until then there is no real competition - they are the real music makers.
Hang in there... as we continue to eliminate people more and more people that don't like Sanjaya will vote for everyone but him. And eventaully the votes for others will outweigh the votes for him.

The thing that really makes me angry is it seems that AI has turned in to a popularity contest in the recent seasons...The only people to have won and actually HAVE the talent to succeed are Kelly Clarkson and Carrie Underwood...look at the record sales folks! Chris Daughtry should have one last season, not that Soul Patrol freak. Daughtry is outselling Taylor Hicks like 3 to 1! And as for Sanjaya still being on the competition, it because 13 year olds have nothing better to do that call in repeatedly to vote for him based on looks as opposed to talent. I want my old AI back...

There is actually a website called "Vote for the Worst", run by people who think that having crappy singers makes it more entertaining to watch.
Now Howard Stern has asked all his listeners to do the same.
I hope this is the last season of this bad version of karoake night at a bar.

I agree. This year has been disappointing for me. No one seems to really stick out as great. I'm liking the "hip hop guy",,,can't think of his name right now, and I'm not into all the bee-boxing stuff, but he sticks out. Don't get me wrong, there's some that can really sing...but not like Chris from last year,,,,we need someone with the "YO" factor!!! Someone to bring it.....but they need to hurry and step it up.

I agree -- he cannot sing and he has zero stage prescence . Way too many good people are gone and he is still there. It makes me so mad!
