Yes they did, and according to an article I read on tvguide.com they're going to be falling in love!

Well since he is going to leave a bad impression on his father-in-law, and since Izzie will never get Alex, I wouldn't be surprised if this happens, besides I heard on TV Guide.com that they would be a couple eventually.

Yes if they didn't we would have seen the whole "you don't remember last night. I do don't worry nothing happened" type of thing. How does George do it. He looks like a Hobbit. Whats up with him dying his hair?

I saw it coming a mile away. I think a show has seen it's last days once every character has slept with every other character.
