If you are seeing results from a wet dream then I don't think it's a physical problem. It could be your technique that is not allowing you to orgasm. Try some new ways of masturbation. Wet dreams are a sign that you cup is running over, so I'm thinking that you are not getting off when you use your hand. Keep trying, you will get the hang of it. Ignore the answer from the person about being put on antidepressants, that's a load of crap. Those medications alter or can stop the ejaculation process. Be careful of the advice you get from some people on here. All of them are not correct.

Don't Panic! Anxiety is the mother of all diseases. A normal facial hair (moustache and beard) and a good axillary and pubic hair matched for your age signify a normal male hormone levels. Presence of nocturnal erections and specially of nocturnal emmissions rule out anything abnormal in your development. The condition i.e., loss of orgasm, which you are probably having has its origin in your mind. Probably you are too preoccupied by this subject, and this stress leads to terrible anxiety and you are not able to gain the pleasure which then leads to ejaculation. So, next time be cool and calm and enjoy. If this doesn't help then you must consult your doctor .You may need psychosexual counselling, drugs such as ephedrine and imipramine (an antidepressant), vibrator therapy and electroejaculation. Agreed that most antidepressants cause delayed ejaculation, but there are certain ones like imipramine which are benefecial in cases like yours. And ofcourse I didn't mean you should take them on your own. All these information is to give you the insight into the treatment options available for you. Visit the link below if you have doubts!

there is nothing wrong ! just trust me I feel that the anticipation is causing the change of mood or state of mind, thus it cannot attain the climax or culmination of the event to completion. relax and keep the breath normally, fully into the lungs, the rate may be a little faster than the normal.
having gentle massage of the entire body with oil once or twice a week can be helpful (Senha lapa).
when you masturbate don't squeeze the penis too hard this also can be hurtful and may loose the erection before the final phase of ejaculation.
If you want to test ask some one else to masturbate you it may help remove the doubt that something is wrong.
I assure you nothing is wrong.

That's an odd situation indeed!
Evidently either you stop the wa.nk before orgasm arrives or your lust just is so low that wa.nk then gives you no pleasure!
How many masturbations are you having in a week?
Aside from the wet-dreams have some day rest and masturbate only when you are ***** really and see.

Not a common problem, as far as I know (but I'm not a doctor, either.) It may be that you are not producing seminal fluid, or that your vas diferens (the tube leading from the testicles, past the seminal vesicle, and joining the urethra inside the prostate) is blocked or twisted.
I would strongly suggest that you consult a urologist about this.
Good luck!

You must check out Jack Grave's "Ejaculation Guru" tutorial on how to stop premature ejaculation, check out his video here: http://www.ejaculationguru.tv
It explains how to end premature ejaculation for good. It’s basically a blueprint on how to develop natural control over your ejaculation. It actually reprograms your ejaculatory reflex so that you last longer without even trying.
It involves a combination of techniques, learning knowledge, and following a specific approach that attacks premature ejaculation from all three angles; the physical, mental, and hormonal. I was able to cure my premature ejaculation problem in only 2 weeks and I never had a problem again.
