Is this a word game? Do you mean nations with Islamic majorities, or do you mean nations that are "Islamic" in their actual name and government?
Morocco is a secular state with an Islamic majority. So are Algeria and Egypt, even though there are movements in each to push statist Islam. There are others, too, like Indonesia - the world's largest muslim country - that are secular.
Just be clear about what you're asking and trying to say.

Secular means of the world, not spiritual. I'm sure that Islamic nations can be secular, just as this Christian nation (US) is becoming secular. It happens when when the inhabitants start believing that they don't need God or the religious beliefs the country was founded on.

there are one or two secular islamic nations, but for the majority it's not quite caught on yet. Truth be told, islam can't really survive if it isn't both a religious movement and a political movement.
