I'm 26 and I recently got glasses for driving and distance. It's from working on the computer a lot. a little over a year ago mine was 20/20 as well.

My cousins dogs started losing their eyesight around 10 years of age. So, I would suspect around 9 years of age they would start losing it. But, I am not sure since I am not an expert.

I had to start wearing glasses at the age of 19. In class I couldn't see what was written in the blackboard anymore.
