Your lucky, we have THE worst McDonalds in the world here in Middlesbrough.
I guarentee they will get your order wrong, it will be under or over cooked, you will wait really really long for your 'fast food' and the staff are just not interested.
A customer complained because the burger they had took a bite out of was almost raw and after a huge argument the Manager eventually agreed to change it and then said "i'm doing it only this once!"
By far the worst thing it the so called Grill Parking, this should be relabelled as the place you'll be shoved everytime we get busy and just watch how many other people we'll serve before we can be bothered to remember you are still there!
I just wish we had a Burger King close by.

There is a number I think it is a 1-800 on the bottom of cup or bag to call the company. To make a complaint about store. Then the store will call you personally and give fix the problem that occurred. That what I do at my store. Or go to there website. www.mcdonalds.com

I've found you tend to get better results when you actually write a letter. Make sure it goes to the head office otherwise it might get thrown away before the appropriate person sees it. Make sure you mention the restaurant location, the time of day and what you were served. The more information you supply will help your case and convince them your complaint is legitimate and not a crank. Good luck to you.

Good luck at your complaint. Most McDonald's are individually owned in the U.S. and complaints fall to deaf ears.

Go to the Mcdonals that you want to complain about or comment about and ask them for the address. They should give it to you.
