I either would love to try sewing these by hand....or finding a cheap outlet or store that sells small dollclothing..and medium to large T. bear clothes..would you know of either yardage stores that might sell patterns still, or places that would sell to a person,,if they don't want to make the bear or buy a bear? or doll, for that matter?

Go to a second hand store like the Salvation Army. they have infant and Baby clothes that are very inexpensive.
