What is the name of the song that plays at the end of the O.C.?

On the DVD's a song plays during closing credits and it has no words, just drums, a piano, and an acoustic guitar. I would love to find out what the song is so I can download it.

It's not a song, just a jingle by Christopher Tyng (original score).
