In SIMPLE TERMS , the above is saying ....." A concept Topis is a topic that you can write a story or report about, that deals with only one subject......and in that story or report , you use setences or facts that are stated by other people .....that pertain to that original TOPIC that you picked to write about.. For example , if you chose to write about SKATEBOARDS, all information in your report would have to pertain to SKATEBOARDS , and the things that other people say about SKATEBOARDS.
