Rumor has it theres a Kecleon mob if you rob them.
I saw one, but i cant remember where they are =[
I visted Mt.Blaze and Lapis Cave, nothing so far..

They start coming from Mt. Blaze. After that I think they are almost ( Almost! ) At every dungeon you visit. Oh! and it is not a rumor it is true about the Kecleon shop! And you simply rob them by taking an item they have for sale off the rug. They will ask you if you want to buy then you say no then they start attacking you!!

i'm taking part in purple rescue suitable now sure that is real there are KEYS scatterd on the floor in image voltaic CAVE and sure there is different water pkmn dungeons 7 to be right the final dungeon 2 get your water pkmn is WATERFALL POND it demands the hm WATERFALL 2 enter NO your pkmn won't be able to learn DIVE you on'y have 2 have the hm on your BAG 2 enter specific dungeons that require DIVE sure there are 40 flooring interior the STORMY SEA with KYOGRE on the fortieth floor waiting 2 conflict a coulpe of hits will do it 2 make KYOGRE connect your team.happy 2 help :)

kecleon shops come in a random dungeon they are only in the dungeons you obtain after you beat rayquaza they are mostly in the dungeon called joyuos tower but the bad thing is you start at level one in that dungeon but you can find lots of joy seeds ( items that grows your pokemons level by one) there are also doom seeds that decrease your level by one but beware its a level 90 kecleon against a mudkip, treecko or any other pokemon you have at level 1

They are everywhere. If you have X ray specs ( Can let u see enemies and items), You mgiht see a pile of 5 items or more somewhere and it is either a monster house or the kelecon shop. If you pick an item (has price) and you don't pay then the Kelecon will atk you. I suggest not attacking. THEY ARE LVL 90!!

Thery are a rare occurence. They appear in almost any dungeon. In order to rob them, just take the items you want and leave. He will ask do you want to pay however much poke. Say no and he will attack you.
