America has it's faults. But we are rich because we worked for it and we earned it. Get over it.

It's exactly because things are allowed to take their natural course here (with less restrictions on human freedom) that America is rich.
Why in the world wouldn't your hypothesis be: "America is rich. We must be doing something right."
