Test in the morning especially if you are using a home pregnancy test, because they are not quite as sensitive to the pregnancy hormone as doctor's are, and the morning pee has the highest concentration of the hormone!
Good Luck!

Morning pee has the highest amount of pregnancy hormone in it. That's why they recommend taking a pregnancy test in the morning. It will give you a more accurate result.

When i tested i did not even test in the morning i did it at night 7 full days before my period and got an accurate positive! The brand i used was Answer.
Do I have to test with my first morning urine (FMU)? Not necessarily. In general, FMU is the most concentrated urine of the day and thus more likely to have built up more hCG in it. If you are testing early (before 14 DPO), the HPT is more likely to detect the hCG in your FMU. After 14 DPO there should be enough hCG to be detected at any time of day. Some women have better luck with second morning urine (SMU.) A good rule of thumb: hold your pee for 3-4 hours (and drink as little as possible!) Then pee in a cup. If your urine looks nice and yellow, it's concentrated enough for testing (see FAQ 16 below for more info on peeing in cups vs. peeing on sticks.) If it looks diluted, dump it and try again later.

They say it is best to take it first thing in the morning with your first urine of the day because the HCG hormone is most concentrated then.
I personally got a positive at 2:00pm 1 day after missing my period.
I was told I show symptoms earlier than most woman, so I would recommend first thing in the morning a couple of days after you miss your period.

It is best to use morning pee but so long as you have already missed your period you don't have to. I took my test about a week after missing period. I did it late at night. The results showed up in seconds not even in the minute it said it would take.

You dont have to, But it is highly reccomended. The first morning pee is the most potent because all that stuff has been waiting in there for a long period of time over night, so your first morning pee contains the highest level of the hormone.

Ahh you don't have too..With my 1st I did..With my 2nd I did it at night(like around 6pm), With my 3rd I did it in the afternoon. They all came out positive. They just recommend it but most of the time if you are preggo a test will read it no matter what time you test..good luck.

Most when take their test in the morning because the theory is fresh urine. to me is does'nt matter urine is urine and it is always going to hae HCG horomone in it if you are pregnant.
Me presonally I take mind in the evening at work around 5pm and i tested positive twice i had to take two because I could not believe I was pregnant. so when every you feel like taking the test do it at your own time.
