In the U.S. its always been the "First Lady". I don't see how a man could live that down if he is "First Man". Talk about embarassing!! To know your woman is in charge of a country and you are pretty much a figurehead would just be so unmasculine that I think he would wake up everyday feeling like a girl. What do you guys think?
