I've had 3 previous pregnancies, one of which I remember takeing the hpt a before my period was due and immediately the + sign showed up. Now we are trying again and I took a test a few days before my period was due and it was negative, but I'm feeling weird (that's the only way to describe it) I've heard people say each pregnancy is different. But my question is, is would I possibly not show up as soon on hpt, like it did before, will it take longer to build up enough HCG? My other 3 pregnancies were all very similar to each other the whole 9 months. Just wondering if anyone out there has had some different experiences because it's been 6 years since we've tried or been pregnant, so I again have all these questons just like the first time? Thanks!

I took a test after I was late with both, and it onlt took about 20 sec. if that to show up positive.

All prenancy tests are not created equal. Each batch is different and may give you different results. Also, your age, hormones and body fat ratio can make a difference as well. I am sorry to say, you will probably have to wait until a couple of days after your missed period to find out. For more information try going to www.peeonastick.com.

typically the test don't show till 4 weeks from the date of having sex. but i have heard of some people being 7 weeks pregnant and taking a test since the 4th week and it not showing positive....you can get a blood test done or wait till next month.
