Part time Real estate agent or Mortgage broker but you will have to include weekends. You can do this job part time and make a lot of money if you are good.
Some Mortgage Brokers work full time for 6 months then off the remaining 6 months.
But to be truly sucessful, you may want to consider working more then 4 hours a day even 6 hours will work.
