Vasectomy is very cheap in India. The cost is very low and the medical services are very good in India.
My cousin and her husband got their IVF treatment in India through the Forerunners Healthcare in India and is all praise for this company. She is a known case of PCOS.She is a very happy mother of a baby boy now. She just paid 2500 pounds for the full IVF treatment in India for which she was quoted 8000 pounds in private setup in UK.
Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. I read a lot about them in the newspapers. I have also read about a Chinese couple who planned surrogacy through the Forerunners Healthcare. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery and infertility treatment like IVF, IUI, and ICSI abroad for low price. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery and treatment can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.

The final answer is not in about there being an increase in prostate cancer with a Vasectomy. The worst case scenario is a very weak link. You have to decide if that uncertainty is acceptable to you. Remember though, even if this reported weak link is accurate, vasectomy still has the lowest risk of causing illness or death compared with the birth control pill, tubal ligation, or having another baby. Women have accepted those risks for a long time!

A vasectomy is cheap, and painless. It is an outpatient surgery. The patient can return to work in only three days. If the woman gets sterilization, she may be off work for three weeks.

My husband and I are done having children. Vasectomy was not an option for us because he has other medical problems. I went to my Dr and he talked me into IUD (Mirena) I'm very pleased he did. I love it........aside from being a great birth control, I no longer have heavy painful periods.

i would recomend a vecetomy i thats what you really want, but remember that it isnt reversable, if you want a different way then i would go with a iud some of them are good for up to ten years, and the procedure isnt nearly as bad as the other two options, plus if you decide to have another baby in the future you can just have it taken out, i think its a much better option unless you are positive you dont want anymore children ever.

Women can easily keep a tab on their ovulation by maintaining a temperature chart. Usually around the time of ovulation there is a spike in the temperature of women.
Stress and strain has significant role to play in respect of reproductive cycle including ovulation and menstruation. So if you are planning to get pregnant see to it that your partner as well as you are calm and collected.
Diet, weight, physical fitness and lifestyle have direct bearing on pregnancy. This holds true for both men and women. Both underweight and overweight may be exposed to the risk of infertility on account of difficulties in ovulation. So optimum importance should be given to body weight. When you can't get pregnant, and things look good from the outside, it can be extremely frustrating.
The first thing to consider is how long have you been trying. About 80% of couples will get pregnant after six months of trying, and about 90% will be pregnant after 12 months of trying to get pregnant. Anyway this is a great methid to get pregnant fast https://tr.im/a276e

I am not sure which one is reversible but every man or woman
need to take this decision in a totally egoistic way. If the marriage fails and you or your partner re-marries what then?
Therefore its very difficult to give advice. You need to make
both a joint and a separate decision.
