Are you a writer?

Why? Do you want to be the person who "unplugs" them? If you are wanting to eliminate someone for their money, there is no "tactful" way to do it! It is outside the proper bounds of etiquette! lol! Maybe you should talk to Howard K Stern. He can tell you the difference between a living will and a regular will. He also has experience at eliminating people who get in his way. Hopefully, when you contact him, you will still be poor, but safe!

I think you have your terms mixed up.

A Living Will has nothing to do with deciding who gets your stuff when you die. Instead, it is a set of instructions for what kind of measures should be taken in terms of medical care if you're seriously injured or in the very end stages of a terminal illness. For instance, do you want to be on a respirator, or do you just want them to let you go?

A Living Will can also designate a friend or a family member to make the decision, if something happens that isn't specifically mentioned in the will. I suppose in that way it's possible to be **in** someone's Living Will, but the designated decision-maker won't necessarily gain anything by bumping the person off.

Suggest that this person write one. It is better to have a living will than to be hooked up to machines and tubes. Show this person how much you care. Then after this person signs - eliminate her.

Buddy up, but don't get attached.

PS- I think answer 2 is confused, a Durable Power of Attorney for Healthcare or a Healthcare Directive is what that is.

A living will only covers what to do with you if you become brain dead or on life support --it instructs whether to unplug you or not ---any financial arrangements are made in the Last Will and Testament.
