mm, hey.
I just bought this Quantum WebCam tonight. And.. I followed the instructions.. and its supposed to work.. but its not.It says my webcam isn't connected.. nor is it workin on any messenger.. but everythins in place .. yeah, really.
so if anyone of yu can help me out.. i'll deeply appreciate it!

well.. now its workin.. but its too blurry.. what do i do now??

no.. it isnt even blurry anymore.. its gone black.. blankly black..

try this unplug usb web cam uninstall driver.Then reinstall drivers while cam unplugged.Then reboot. This should now be ready to be plugged in for it to be recognized. If not take it back to where you bought it due to it being defective.

try reintalling the drivers.
