If you're around that age or have already started, have a small container/pouch where you can place a couple of feminine products in. But worse comes to worse, your school nurse will or someone else around you will most likely have an extra one.

It's usually good to carry a makeup bag or a small bag of some sort for some pads and pantyliners in your backpack. If you period comes and you don't have any of those things you can try asking one of your friends for one. If you don't want to draw extra attention, you can just simply go to the washroom and buy one from the pads dispenser. If your school doesn't have those in the washroom (at my school, they're always empty) you can simply fold up a few layers of toilet paper and put it in your underwear until you can get a pad. If it goes through onto your pants and you're in class, just get up carefully and adjust your shirt so it covers the butt of your pants. If your shirt is too short, you can try holding your hands behind your back to hide it. If it's almost time for the bell to ring, you can sit and wait it out for a few minutes and when the bell rings you can put on your backpack and have it cover you while you go to the washroom. Some people carry extra jeans in their locker, but you can always wear your gym clothes. Avoid light coloured pants and keep a little box or baggie with some pads and liners in your bag or locker. =)

When this happens for the first time then you just ask to use the bathroom in class, if you are not in class just go to your school nurse or if he is a guy go to a female teacher you trust. At most school in the girls bathroom there are machines where you could get what you need. When you get into a habit of when it is just carry one with you or put one in you locker out of site.

This has happened to me many times except for the part that i dont need to call my mom each time. ( why would i? ) all u have to do, is go to the nurses office and she should have some there with her. one time i went to the nurses office...well there wasnt a nurse there...but i opened the cabinet for one and there wasnt any...and there was no other package and no one was there....so i asked a friend. U prolly have lockers...my school doesnt...keep extra clothes with you for just in case...and extra stuff u need for ur periods...if u have none u go to the nurses office or ask a friend.

I had a group of gal pals that were in my classes and we always helped each other out.
nurses or female teachers can also assist in these matters.
extra clothes only work if they are a complete match to what you are wearing.
sometimes, if it is totally unmanageable, it is permissable to say you have a belly ache and need to get home.
for future times like this, you need to have an alternate phone contact that has permission to check you out in emergencies.

In my school we don't have a nurse... lol. So what i would do is get a lot of toilet paper. Also, you should always be wearing pantiliners for the days youu think you might get it. Always have an extra pad in your bag, just in case!!! Wear a jacket on those days that you think you might get it. That way you can wrap it around your jeans.

Go to the office and speak to one of the nurses or staff. They will help. Always keep pads or tampons in your locker for back up and maybe a pair of jeans

Oh no!
umm if it is'n your first one then you ask one of your best friends for you know, or you can tell your teacher and she can either send you to the nurses office or to the real office umm if its visible (this happened to me 1 time) then you have to tell your teacher then, you can change into gym pants or if you don't have any you could ask one of your best friends or rap a sweater around your waist and try to call your mom again!

well i told mine to tell the teacher she needs to go to the clinic. if the teacher ask why say my monthly friend just stopped by.. they will get the hint. u can stay in the clinic until someone comes and gets u. dont worry so much. everyone has to tell the world at least 1 time. carry a purse with something in it. if ur that worried take extra outfit to the clinic and have them put them away for u....
