Television ratings have been designed to assist parents/guardians in determining which shows may be inappropriate for children. What are the limitations of the current television ratings? Why are they inadequate (or adequate, depending on your perspective)? How might ratings alter television content?

i think that television ratings have things agree and disagree and i think that the censors are censoring more of what they should
for example there are songs in mtv or video channels where they bleep some words that aren`t bad words
but anyways television ratigs are bad designed because for instance you may hear the word "*****" in tv-pg shows at least one time and they should cover ***** in more mature audience shows
and for example the word *** can be heard in tv-pg shows i think but not asshole so i think that`s stupid cos there`s no huge difference from asshole to ***

barriers: young toddlers will watch what they like while their parents are not around. insufficient: each and each individual has distinctive recommendations of what's objectionable adjust content cloth: writers might exchange scripts so they don't have cloth which will supply them a undesirable score, which will then disclose them to extra visitors, yet ought to negatively impact the storyline. So, what, is this for an Intro to Soc type?
