There are A LOT of classes at your local community college, most likely.. there are a ton of community colleges, by the way.. Like the LA community colleges are all intertwined. You can take online classes at community college, even some real estate classes are available, I've noticed. Look around at the community colleges, they're only 20 bucks per unit. It shouldn't take too long.. Otherwise, you can probably ask a real estate company near you for advice on that. Good luck!
