HEY I WORK FOR BANDS AND I AM CURIOUS DOES ANYONE KNOW THE EXACT AMOUNT I SHOULD BE LOOKING FOR FOR A FINDERS FEE FOR A BAND I WORK FOR THAT JUST GOT SIGNED? I WAS TOLD 10 TO 15 %

It All depends on the Label and how much the shareholders allow for New Signings.
If the New Signing/s are Good then anywhere between 20-35%.
The Market Fluctuates(As do New Talent)
