I need to know what kind of glues repair rubber shoes? or at least the bottom of it.

There is some stuff call Shoe Goo or something like that. Go to your local Walmart or Target and go to the shoes section. You will find it with the shoe polish. I think there are a couple of different types.

Try rubber cement. Put the cement on both pieces to be joined then wait 10 minutes and press together, by putting something with weight on top. Let sit till dry. I recommend at least a few hours.

Shoe Goo. Most hardware stores have it. Do it outside, though, it stinks up the house.
