I'd have to agree with you. Bill Belichick is an amazing coach. He makes the right calls at the right times. He doesn't panic and doesn't let the pressure get to him. He took Brady and made him into what he is today....An amazing QB. All of that and he has 3 superbowl rings to prove it. Also before he came along the New England Patriots hade not one a superbowl, but then Bill came along turned took that team and one 3 superbowls. Without him the Patriots would probably be were the Raiders and Lions are. Bill Belichick is one of the main reasons why the Partiots are one of the teams to beat. He took an ok offense and a crappy defense and turned them into a power house. Bill Belichick u Rock!

I agree. Coach Bill is the best right now. His Patriots teams have always played above their potential, including the 5-11 first year. That 2000 Pats was a greatly flawed team that needed a shakeup.
Honorable Mention:
Tony Dungy has taken consistent doormat in the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and turned them into a defensive powerhouse and SB contender. He got fired because he couldn't win a Super Bowl. (Heck, you could give him credit for their only Super Bowl win. What has Jon Gruden done since????) He then took a strong offense Colts to the Super Bowl win. A pure class act.
Joe Gibbs is a Hall of Famer that is stuck with a team in salary cap hell. Still a legendary coach.
Holmgren, Shanahan and Andy Reid would be right there as well. I like what Mike Nolan is doing though it is still too early to judge him.

Bellichick, he has three rings to prove it, also add the fact that his team was in the AFC championship this year. He is a great defensice mind, he is genuis when it come sot game planning, and he also is smart in his tactics he uses to deal with the media. Bellichickis tops among the NFL coaches going right now, I would also give high praise to Dungy due to how succesful he has been with a couple different teams and Cowher(even though he isnt coaching currently) just look at how long he last in the league, the SB appearances and playoff appearances he had and the fact he could have easily stayed coaching.

How about Tony Dungy? He is pretty good. How about the fact that Belichick hasn't won the Superbowl since Romeo Crennell and Charlie Weis left? Belichick was a bad coach when he was at Cleveland and I think he is a product of good coordinators and nothing more.

Dungy is ok but if you want someone who can deal with every part of the game on and off the field Belicheck is your man. He's a geneous with offence and defence. He handles the media like a political figurehead. Not to mention his player development is off the charts. Name me 3 players on that team that you said... "oh he's going to be an excelent player" before the draft.
