It is amazing what Amreica women will do to hide them under their outfits... They can feel perfectly comfortable in a low cut, slinky, sexy dress, but put tape over their nipples! What gives? Victoria's Secret even airbrushes them out of their catalogs!

most typical americans are ridiculously conservative & old-fashioned, that`s why!!! they think the human body is so shocking...go to europe or central/south america & it`s totally different!!! i personally hardly ever wear a bra, which is uncommon here...but overseas the human body is celebrated, not hidden as if it`s dirty or disgusting!!!

I dont think its that we're disgusted by our own nipples, but we dont want that to be the first thing people notice when they see us. If a woman's nipples are hard thats the first thing women and men notice when they see a woman. As far as Vickies and their catalogues, not sure. I think it can kinda take away from the sexiness of a womans bosom. Cleavage is whats attractive and the mystery of what that womans nipples could look like under the bra. Plus some women have huge areolas and are insecure about them.

It is the puritanical religious views that haunt Americans...
It really cracks me up. In this country, you cannot show public hair (not actual genitals, but just the HAIR) in a movie without receving a NC-17 rating - which means it will never get into theatres. However, you can have Uma Thurman parade around with a sword and hack off the arms and legs of 100 men in Kill Bill Vol 2, and no one blinks an eye. Jack Bauer on "24" commits all kinds of illegal torture acts on "bad guys" in primetime TV - but if Janet Jackson's nipple is seen on TV, its the end of the world...Then, we stand around and wonder why America has the highest rape per capita rate, and a ridiculous murder rate as well - the highest of any industrialized nation.
Sometimes, I really hate it here.

Hey! You're assuming the same women who wear tiny bikinis are the ones covering their nipples. I do dress very modestly and wear padded bras so my nipples don't show!

It depands on the nipples I guess, because some have them very big, so yes, you can see them, and it's different, but some have them normal, and I think it's ok, to not wear a bra.

my experience is that that women with "large nipples" are kinda self conscious of them for whatever reason. I think they're beautiful regardless of the size. :)
