Yes. The Bible speaks of it and my mother saw the ghost of her grandfather. I have also seen ghosts.

No i don't believed in such matter because the Bible says
in Ecclesiastes 9:5, for the living are conscious...,but as for the dead,they are conscious of nothing at all,
i believed in the resurrection of the dead as explain in the book
of Acts 24:15 that says its going to be a resurrection.
