THE WORST wording i have ever used in my questions, plus the typo. "IF" not "IT" what i intended is that if you must have children, should you not prepare financially for their care before you have them? sorry, J. .. my phrasing was atrocious, and i'm ( i hope, obviously) not implying that YOU and your HUBBY are not taking care of your own selves. i really should just delete the question, but some have grasped the intent of it.

A person should try to support their own children. I am not opposed to getting state aid if you need it, but if you own a cell phone, computer, have cable television, and any other personal luxuries, you obviously don't need the help.
