I am taking an Ast 101. I am a very fast test taker (25 mins ish) and I am always the first person to finish. I get A's on all my labs an on all my quizzes. I took another test this morning and I finished second. The teacher normally sits in the room but he had some who needed to talk to him outside of class. So he was outside while I was taking the test. And I sit next to my friend and i just told her not to quietly, that I will wait for her outside but to hurry. I told her this because I have work after class. I was told by her friend in class that some guy went up to a girl who sits relatively close to me and asked if I cheated!! I am so appauld. I get A's on everything and I am always the first person to finish! I dont understand why I would be accused of it. I am not sure if he told the teacher or if he is going to but it is ridiculous! What do I do or say if the teacher asks me?

If you know your right, then don't sweat it. who cares what other people say. Tell the teacher the honest truth, and depend on the teachers good judgment and it will work out just fine.

It is insulting when anyone accuses one of cheating. I would be very stressed over it as well. My guess is that they guy who accused you of cheating is either jealous of your academic ability or has a personal problem with you.

If the teacher asks you, tell him the truth.

It is quite possible that the person was joking about asking if you cheated. You may have gotten a slightly skewed story, or one that wasn't complete. The person that sits relatively close to you may have denied that you cheated as well. Do you have all the facts?

Gee. What is the worst that can happen here? You will have to explain that you didn't cheat from someone that you get better grades than? Or maybe you'd have to explain why your friend got exact the score she might have been expected to get after you helped her cheat!

Calm yourself.

I say you are over-reacting. The person probably jealous and stupid and that is the only way they can figure how you are getting such grades. Don't worry about it and if the teacher asks you about it, tell him you don't know what he could be talking about.

Don't let it get to you, losers have a way of getting under your skin and that is only to increase their own self confidence. Just let it go.
