Prob not. If I/m goin out w/ her, I mustve met her closer to home, which means she lives here, and she'll be back. If she lives THERE, I'd have to call it off for geological reasons.

When you ask a question "for the guys" in the GLBT section, how about not automatically assuming they're heterosexual?
To answer your question: if I'd already been seeing this guy for awhile, I'd totally travel to spend time with him if I were able. If it's someone I've just met, I think that might not be such a good move.

It seems that most here missed a little glitch in the question. This was asked in the LGBT section, and was asked of guys only. How many gay guys would spend that kind of money for a girl? It is possible for a gay person to fall in love with the opposite sex, but a long distance would seriously put a damper on it.

it depends...how long has it been since we saw each other, how much money I'd need to spend and how long we'd see each other, what we'd do...how long until she comes back to me....anyway, the short answer is....maybe.....you say "going out with", and that does not mean we're in love. I'd do anything for the girl I love and will....but if we're just dating, then, hell no. sorry. unless it will be fun and we can spend time together, or if I just want to go on vacation, sure.

Keep things local, keeping it real. You can never know the real person across thousands of miles - find someone close enough to look into their eyes, go out and talk to each other face to face and really learn about the person and if you want to spend/waste your time with them.

That really depends. Have you ever met? Were you together and then you or she moved for a job? IF you have never met before, I wouldn't. But if you have then that would be your call.

"Going out" must mean I've been with her and we are now separated. If that's the case, then sure. If I met her online, then no. I'd find someone closer.

Shanie, dear, most of the men here do not go out with girls, they go out with guys.
This is the LGBT issues area, not "singles and dating."

No.
This being the gay section the guys here don't "see" girls. But if she had a sexy gay brother then that is a different story.
