Generally, a woman would not get pregnant on the third day of her cycle. However, since you are still very young, your cycles may be more random, and it may be very possible that you could have ovulated very early in your cycle. Sperm can live up to five days in your body, so if you ovulated anywhere from cycle day 3-8, you may have had the opportunity to conceive. You say, however, that you had protection? Depending on the type of protection, there is still a risk of failure -- only abstinance is 100% effective.

My advice to you is this: If you still haven't gotten your period by April, or if you start to experience other symptoms (sore breasts, nausea, etc.), you should see a doctor.
And in the future, know that anytime you have sex, there is a possibility of pregnancy (not to mention possibly contracting a sexually transmitted disease), so don't be stupid.

You will have a period about once a month. A normal menstrual cycle can be as short as 21 days or longer than 35 days. Changes from month to month are also normal. Some months you may have no period, especially during the first year or two. Your health can make a difference. Too much exercise or very strict dieting, for example, can use up all your body fat. You might not have periods if that happens. Stress can make a difference, too.

If it hurts when you are having sex make sure you are aroused, or" wet" otherwise it may hurt, if the pain persists see ur doctor because you could have an infection, treatable with antibiotics, yeast infection, vaginitis inflammation, or a possible urinary tract infection. All these things are extremely common in young and older women.
Perhaps this info was helpful, always see ur doctor if u not sure and if there is an infection u can get antibiotics straight away, an infection is not necessarily a std, many bacterias live near rectum, on toilet seat and can spread to urethra, I am a male and i have had some terribly painful urinary tract infections. good luck, hope you get better soon and u will.
