They are very easy to make and cheaper than purchasing one.
Get a simple pattern and put a felt applicate on it.
We made ours No Sew, with velcro to fasten it closed.

Check ebay, costume stores and online stores. Or make your own--pretty easy. McCalls patterns sold at Wal-mart for reasonable prices. Ribbons: wal-mart craft department or other fabric stores: Jo-Ann Fabrics, etc.
