As a tunic, with tights what? Just so you know I'm a plus size lady. Let me know what would go well or how to wear this dress. 10 Points! No plus size jokes, your not perfect either.

I wouldn't do the black tights on the pic. I would do some white capri ones with cute plain flip flops. If the dress isn't too short (I can't tell with the pic) and you have great legs, just some flip flops...or maybe a cute pair of ballerina shoes in that blue color....or some cute espadrilles. The dress looks like it has a few button in the front, so I wouldn't button it up all the way. I would leave a couple unbuttoned.

I absolutely hate this fad with tights. And the print of the dress isn't flattering, for anyone. But I digress, thats not what you asked. Depending on the occasion and where the hem falls on you I would do a few things:
If its a bit on the short side, pair with jeans and your choice of shoes. Ballet flats will work, stilletos, Wedge. I would stick to neutral colored shoes so that you don't over power the print of
the dress.
Ifs its longer, say knee length or just above knee, then with a wedge.

Here's and honust answer from another plus size lady. I think you could definatley wear it with tights and flats. However i'm not sure how comfortable you are with wearing tights i mean i wouldn't even though i like hwo they look. You could also wear them with like white pants and a white purse and some heals. It looks more like a spring pattern from what i remember lol so i would definatley stay away from the darker colors.

Honestly, it's kinda ugly and looks like a grandma's house dress. Find a different color and wear it with some tights and really high heels and unbutton the front a little

Try black leggings and some cute ballet flats. And maybe a chunky white necklace. And if you are going to wear make up. Go easy on the make up. Not too much. Good Luck!

because there is so much print in the dress i say you should keep the accessories simple: a small bag (possibly a clutch), small drop earrings or studs, some cute bangles would be a nice touch, and some of those flat ballet slipper style shoes or a very casual heel..nothing too flashy.
this would be nice.

I'd recommed wearing it w/ tights or leggings (they're back) to minimize fabric @ the waist.
However, the a v- neckline would be more flattering. V-necks elongate and are generally the most flattering across the board.

So cute! I was just shopping @ target and looking at that.
Leggings would work-- but keep an eye out so that when the trend dies, your not the only one still wearing leggings.
Jeans would look cute too, I think.
Hope this helps!

I would say a pair of black leggings/tights to go with it. Maybe white flat shoes and a long necklace to go aswell.
It's very lovely btw, I hope you feel gorgeous wearing it :)
