Heck no! Walking in tight jeans does that complete opposite! The women's area needs plenty of air to breathe. The tighter the clothes...not to mention the more restrictive it becomes, the more prone a woman can become to having a yeast infection! Sorry to be so blunt, but it's the truth.

If I'm wearing pants that make my butt look good, and heels that make my legs look good, I feel hot, which in turn is arousing. But I can't think of a pair of pants that are arousing by themselves just by being tight. If anything they'd probably be uncomfortable and that's a turn-off.
