If it was a lie, Sanjaya would be home already. Because Stern and others have accused Idol of removing contestants they dislike regardless of the votes received, they are being very careful not to have Sanjaya cast off. It would cause a lot of commotion if he were to be sent home with the lowest vote tally when everyone knows there are thousands of people voting for him just to amuse themselves.
And about Stephanie. Sure, she was good. But how many black girls can there be in the top 10, or top 8? They need variety in order to keep the people watching. I knew before the episode started that either Stephanie or Jordin would be going home. No doubt. And that's a shame because they are both good. But realistically, the black chicks probably all split the same core fanbase. That hurts them.

It is so fake. Give me a break. How did William Hung make it on the show? I read about the auditions for American Idol and the first one you get like 30 seconds to sing. So WH would have never made it. Peace out..............

Well we got Taylor Hicks, Reuben, Fanstasia, Kelly Clarkson, and others are still LOCAL, they ain't up there with superstars like Justin Timberlake, Beyonce, Alicia Keys, and Michael Jackson...
Because Reuben, Taylor, Fanny, and Kelly,
I won't be surprise if Melinda didn't make it.
Haley, Blake, Phil, and other the quiet ones might win.
We didn't care for Fanstaia, Reuben, Taylor, but somehow
they made it in final 2 and won. Ack!

pretty much. no one can actually verify that the results are real...
i think people are just watching now to see how much further saynjaya and hayley will make it. they are decent singers, thats for sure, but nowhere near the talent of others on the show.
im rooting for chris and blake.

I just think the voting is all messed up. How did Sabrina go home? How did Stephanie go home? She wasn't the best girl but she certainly didn't deserve to go home last night.

not that i like agreeing with satan, but yeah, idol sucks. i'm surprised people actually still watch that crap, it's not like it will get any better or more surprising 4 seasons later.... could just be american boredom.
