As long as you've been doing it before you got pg too. You just carry on as normal as you're body will be used to it. Only do whats comfortable, use common sense and keep off trampolines!!

Sure you can. Especially if you worked out prior. I go to the gym 5 days a week. Meet w/ a trainer 2 times & take classes the other times. I'm 22 1/2 weeks along & it's been great.

You DO have to tone it down. No hard work outs, just lighter cardio....no heavy lifting...don't do abs on the floor past week 16 at the the latest (do ball work) & try to keep your heart rate low.

There are a lot of great workout tapes (dvds) and classes designed particularily for pregnant women.

Only if you were working out BEFORE you got pregnant. You might also want to check with your ob doctor to make sure you are stressing anything major and what exercises you should avoid to prevent early labor.

Yes generally you can, but check with your obstetrician to be sure. Yoga is great while pregnant. There are prenatal fitness classes you could look into. Congrats and good luck!

Yes. Moderate exercise is very healthy during pregnancy.
