If you have sex, there is a chance, yes.

Everybody is different and unprotected sex can always lead to pregnancy. That being said, probably not. Your cycle has certain things it does on certain days. The first day of your period is the first day of your cycle (day 1). The average woman has a 28 day cycle. Generally, a woman would ovulate around day 14 and the "ovum" (or egg) is only viable for 24 hours.

The problem is that sperm can live anywhere from 2-7 days (give or take). This means that, if you have sex on day 7 (right after your period) and the sperm live for 7 days and you ovulate on day 14, then it is possible to get pregnant (although, pretty unlikely).

Of course, the best course of action now that you have had unprotected sex, is to go to Planned Parenthood and get "Plan B" which is essentially a morning after birth control method. I believe you have to start taking it within 72 hours, so you better hurry.

Best of luck to you and remember to always practice safe sex.

I have always heard that you can get pregnant 7 days before and 7 days after your period but you can get pregnant at anytime.

Not likely....but anything can happen. Ovulation usually happens 10-14 days after your period has ended. So those are your most fertile 'no-no' days.

Possible but not likely. Ovulation normally takes place in the middle of your cycle.
