If you're acollege student, you're probably looking for style with a lot of cool features. Try the Nokia 5300, 6300, or the Sony Ericsson K750i. Also the Motorola L7i. These are all great phones. Check out which one suits you the best. These should be in your budget.

First you go to some Mobile manufacturer website and check you basic requirement's like , Gprs, Mp3 player... compatibility and compare available the models with all of features yo want , that's all

im judging by the fact that you said 10,000 that you DONT live in the USA, and so cingular wouldnt be a viable option. what country do you live in, what network are you hooking it up to, what features do you want? any help would be appreciated.
