My guess is it will be somebody totally off the radar right now but, I think there are some possibilities. First off, assuming Calvin Johnson is passed up by the Raiders, I think Tampa or the 49ers would be most likely to trade up. I think Green Bay would give up the farm for him but the Lions won't let him go to someone in their division.
The problem is, I really don't think the Raiders will pass on him. Especially with Carr on the market now. That is when the real fun will begin. I think if Russell is sitting there at #2 you could see Tampa, Washington, Minnesota, Miami, and Carolina all working the phones. Even Cleveland may make a run at it. I wouldn't be surprised to even see Dallas, Kansas City, or the Jets even make a try. That is the fun part of the draft. No matter how many mock drafts there are no one will ever get it right.

The Falcons now have an extra round 2 pick from Houston . They could use Johnson and they can offer a better deal (high round 2 pick plus number eight overall for number 2 overall), plus their new coach is an offensive guy and Johnson is a local. But their owner may shy away from another round 1 WR. San Francisco could really use Johnson but they would have to give up a lot but with their free agent spree they could spend a round 2 pick. When teams recieve compensatory picks before the draft, someone will make a move with the extra picks.

For the Jets i might take Marcel Dareus. i might might desire to think of long and not straightforward approximately Robert Quinn or Von Miller, yet the two have some question marks. i'm nevertheless a huge fan of Quinn, however the shortcoming of tape from final 3 hundred and sixty 5 days is a project. i admire Miller's velocity and adaptableness, yet he's going to might desire to get improved if he desires to be waiting to disengage from blockers on a popular foundation. The Jets greatest prefer is for a bypass rusher, yet Dareus is purely this type of freak and might upload to the bypass rush via wreaking havoc up front. i ought to work out him coming up right into a Haloti Ngata-type.

First of all the Raiders are going to pick up Calvin Johnson.

Secondly the Lions would take him if the Raiders didn't. And if they don't then the Lions take either Russell or Brady Quinn or Joe Thomas.
