Not floating, swiming. She is very much alive, its like something in her belly go lighter then in her top. I read somewehere that this could be a bladder problem, is there a fish medicine I should buy or what?

well she's dead now... :(

she was doing fine and when I got home tonight to seperate her she was very much not alive like she was before.

the Danio's it seams just dont want to live in my tank, I am hoping the other two will cope, one of them is super shy and the other was like.. her "puppy" almost he followed her around constantly...

I may be looking into their personalitys to much..but still.

:(

It's possibly one of two things. Constipation or swim bladder infection.

Constipation is easy to treat by not feeding the fish for a day then giving it a little bit of a shalled pea. Not the tough skin, just the insides. It can be a thawed frozen pea or a pea from a can, either will work.

If it's a swim bladder infection it's going to be very difficult to treat and to be totally honest the fish would probably die no matter what you do. You can try treating with Furanace for up to 14 days to see if that helps, but don't treat in your main aquarium, use a quarentine container of some sort. This problem is not contagious so there is no need to treat the entire tank and upset the bacterial balance that keeps your tank healthy for fish.

Give her a couple of mushed up peas. She'll be fine in a few days. No need to buy expensive medications. It's just a swim bladder problem.

Good luck!

Yes swimbladder,
Yes separate her.
Don't feed her normal fish food for a couple of days. Let her system clear itself.
Peas I've heard can help. Cooked peas.

it could be a bladder problem or it might be that her "bubble" burst...this happens sometimes in larger fish. fish have a bubble in their abdomen that helps keep them straight when they swim, if they burst, they turn upside down and there's nothing u can do to help it (hopefully its a bladder problem that u can clear up, if not don't worry, its not hurting ur fish)
