what are some really unique interesting and creative projects/crafts/activities you can do with your best friend?

We did her wedding invitations together. I did calligraphy and she did the addressing and artwork! We've also repainted her dining room!
Other than that, it kind of depends on what you and your friends like to do. For instance, I cross-stitch and she never would.
I don't know about you and your friend, but find something you both like, even if it is spur of the moment, and go for it. When we repainted her house...it was spur of the moment and we had a blast planning, getting supplies, and painting. Bonus: She loved it!

my old college room mate and i repainted the dining room table one weekend, then added some ivy stenciling down the sides of the legs.
we also over decorated our TINY apartment for Christmas one year...looked like Santa thre wup in there but we had fun.
YOu could go to a garage sale and buy some used furniture really cheap and make it over.
We also used to go to the lake and read and draw to relax.
Look at your interests and see where you can go from there.
